《旅游法》的实施为我国旅游业的发展提供了坚实的法律保障,将会对旅行社行业发展产生深远影响,团队旅游短期内将发生大幅减少,旅行社经营模式将出现实质改变,旅行社市场格局会发生明显变动,产品质量的社会关注会显著提高。文章认为,旅行社行业要想实现自身的健康持续发展,应重点把握以下策略:深度拓展大众旅游市场;努力开发散客旅游产品;走品牌化发展道路;推动旅游电子商务发展;推行多元化发展战略。
