Spring Melody在贺(徐道营饰)的父亲欠下一大笔钱,带着他躲到小岛上,他遇到了善良的女孩恩英(韩孝珠饰),两人开始了无忧无虑的生活。就在这时,在贺的父亲回来了,可是没过多久,他偷走了为恩英做手术的钱。在贺与恩英搭上去首尔的火车,想找回父亲。没想到在贺偶然遇见一个刚刚失去儿子的女人,想认他做儿子,想到病床上的恩英,在贺决定以交换手术费为条件。恩英如愿做了手术,可在贺却必须与她分别,两人从此失散。15年后,在贺成为了在国际古典音乐界都享有盛誉的钢琴家,可是除了对钢琴,其他任何人和事都冷淡以对。一次偶然的机会,在贺在奥地利与恩英再度碰面……
