对我国不同地区主要生活饮用水和实验人工加菌水样同时用我国现行饮水中大肠菌群检验方法与WHO推荐的方法进行了比较试验。共检验了105对样品,结果表明两方法之间的相偕变化成正相关,相关系数r=0.6618,关系式为lnY=2.5853+0.6555lnX,当WHO方法检出的大肠菌群数为10个/100ml时(X)则国内方法检出的大肠菌群数为60.02个/L(Y),此值可作为我国分散式给水水质分级评定。
The main drinking water in different regions of our country and experimental artificial water samples at the same time with our current drinking water in the coliform test method and the WHO recommended methods were compared. A total of 105 pairs of samples were tested and the results showed that there was a positive correlation between the phase change of the two methods. The correlation coefficient was 0.6618, the correlation was lnY = 2.5853 + 0.6555lnX. When the number of coliforms detected by the WHO method was 10 / 100ml (X) the number of coliform bacteria detected by the domestic method is 60.02 / L (Y), this value can be used as the decentralized water quality grading assessment.
