血小板在止凝血、炎症发生、伤口愈合及肿瘤转移等过程中起了重要作用,血小板蛋白质组学研究是了解这些病理、生理过程的重要手段。目前已鉴定出4 000余种血小板蛋白质,它们属于各种亚蛋白组,如血小板膜及骨架蛋白组、血小板源性微粒,或来自静息血小板、活化血小板或病理条件下蛋白组学的变化。明确血小板活动过程中蛋白组学的变化对血小板体外生成、血小板贮存损伤、相关疾病早期诊断和筛选药物的治疗靶点等研究具有重要意义。
Platelets play an important role in the process of coagulation, inflammation, wound healing and tumor metastasis. The study of platelet proteomics is an important means to understand these pathological and physiological processes. At present, more than 4,000 platelet proteins have been identified, which belong to various subproteomes, such as platelet membrane and skeletal proteins, platelet-derived microparticles, or from resting platelets, activated platelets or proteomic changes under pathological conditions. Clear platelet activity in the process of proteomics changes in vitro generation of platelets, platelet storage injury, the early diagnosis of related diseases and screening of therapeutic targets for drugs is of great significance.
