无基质营养液育苗是一种新的育苗技术。幼苗的整个苗期都生长在营养液中,控制幼苗徒长,特别是在夏季培育出壮苗是一个亟待解决的技术问题。现以‘硬粉8号’番茄为试材,采用在营养液中添加一定量的多效唑、矮壮素和缩节胺来控制植株的长势。结果表明:在营养液中分别添加1、2mg·kg~(-1)多效唑,20、25mg·kg~(-1)矮壮素,10、20mg·kg~(-1)缩节胺均能有效控制植株的长势;在营养液中添加20、25mg·kg~(-1)矮壮素,10、20mg·kg~(-1)缩节胺的壮苗指数为0.028 4、0.032 5、0.051 1和0.036 5,分别比对照增加了9.2%、25.0%、96.5%和40.4%;说明在营养液中添加20、25mg·kg~(-1)矮壮素,10、20mg·kg~(-1)缩节胺能有效控制植株徒长,提高壮苗指数;3种生长抑制剂对徒长抑制强度和作用时间明显不同。在夏季使用无基质营养液育苗系统育苗,可在营养液中添加10mg·kg~(-1)缩节胺和25mg·kg~(-1)矮壮素。
