鑄工車間的廢砂运出,新砂运入,以及新砂的長期貯存,都会导致鑄件成本增高,在离砂产地远的工厂,就显得更为突出。另一方面,自从大躍进以来,各厂的产量都在成倍地增加,造型原材料——型砂的需要量也相应地增加。因此,型砂的供应就比較紧張。有些工厂常常因为型砂供应不上,使得車間不能保持正常的生产。再一方面,从目前情况来看,在型砂再生方面各厂都想出一些办法,例如青島四方机車厂鑄鋼車間和上海机修总厂等都已安裝了水洗型砂的裝置,然而都存在着一定的缺点。所以,目前急需一些結構簡單而实用的型砂再生設备。为了解决这个問題,我們第一設計院設計了一套型砂干法再生設备。这套設备的結構很簡單,經过試驗,証明效果很好,
