中外图书馆和远程教育相互借重,共同发展。数字图书馆技术和信息技术正成为远程教育的核心技术和模块。数图远程教育职能的发挥存在问题:定位传统广义教育职能而没有和狭义教育的课程教学整合,限于近程传统手段而没能在远程化上下功夫,限于“客观知识”理论而不能以学习者为中心。少数系统如“都读”DLDL平台实现了服务远程课程学习,以用户为中心的成熟技术和新技术集成。
Chinese and foreign libraries and distance education borrow each other and seek common development. Digital library technology and information technology are becoming the core technology and module of distance education. There are some problems in the function of digital map distance education: positioning the traditional general education function without the integration of curriculum education in narrow education, limited to the short-range traditional means and unable to make efforts in the distance, limited to the theory of “objective knowledge” as a center. A few systems such as the “Read Once” DLDL platform enable service-based distance learning and user-centric integration of proven and new technologies.
