本刊讯2014年7月,农发行总行工会再次组织集中发放了一次困难救助金,用于帮助困难员工缓解生活困难。此次全行享受困难救助金的员工有308人,共计发放困难救助金186万元。总行党委、总行工会一直把全行广大员工的冷暖牵挂在心,着力为基层、为员工排忧解难。2012年、2013年,总行工会先后两次对各分行上报的409名生活困难员工发放了一次性困难救助金,共计439.6万元,在广大员工中产生了积极影响。近期总行工会又对各分行近一年来新增的生活困难员工进行了调查统计,对2007年总行建立特困救助金制度以来,享受过特困救助的员工生活情况进行了解,对生活依旧困难的特困员工进行救助。长期以来,积极做好困难员工的帮扶慰问是工会工作的重要职责,特别是党的群众
