天河煤矿是一个百年老矿,迄今已有三百年的开采历史,是吉安县境内国有重点企业,也是赣中南最大的工业用煤生产基地,中层管理干部是我矿各项改革措施的具体实现者和实践者,是我矿经济社会发展的具体组织者和承载者,是我矿和谐稳定、安全生产的第一线指挥者和管理者。但是,近几年也确有一些中层管理干部在市场经济建设的大潮中迷失方向,丧失党性,走上违纪违法的道路。我矿纪委对中层管理干部的违纪违法问题进行了调研,分析了中层管理干部违纪违法问题的客观现状和主要特点,剖析了行为发生的原因,探索了预防和治理的应对策略。
Tianhe Coal Mine is a hundred-year-old mine that has a history of three hundred years so far and is a state-owned key enterprise in Ji’an County and the largest industrial coal production base in Central Jiangxi. Middle-level management cadres are the concrete realization of various reform measures in the mine. Practitioners are the specific organizers and bearers of mine’s economic and social development. They are the first line commanders and managers of mine’s harmonious, stable and safe production. However, in recent years there have indeed been some mid-level management cadres who have lost their way in the tide of market economy and have lost their party spirit and embarked on the road of violating discipline and breaking law. My Commission for Minerals and Discipline Inspection conducted an investigation into the disciplinary and law-breaking issues of mid-level management cadres, analyzed the objective status quo and main characteristics of middle-level management cadres in disciplining the law and discipline, analyzed the causes of the behaviors and explored the strategies for prevention and control.
