如何在小学师资培训班或假期短训班讲好自然教材教法课?由于目前无陈规可循,这是个需要认真研究的课题。近年来,我们考虑到《自然》是小学的一门重要课程,不仅要为高一级学校的有关学科打基础,而且应激发学生热爱自然的兴趣,培养儿童各种能力。而当前许多教师没受过系统训练,缺少观察、实验方面的基本知识,致使自然课的实验教学显得十分薄弱,教学质量低劣。所以,我们给师资培训班或假期短训班讲《自然教材教法》课时,应该遵循学以致用原则,以小学自然课本上的教学问题为内容,不仅要讲教法理论,而且每讲一单元,就应辅导学员做一次实验。例如讲完《简单机械》这一单元后,可将学员分成四人一组,布置他们做“杠杆平衡条件”、“滑轮”、“斜面”三个实验。讲课教师先交代操作顺序
How to teach good nature teaching materials in elementary school teacher training classes or holiday training classes?
