甘肃大洼山综合试验基地土壤样品经氢氟酸-盐酸-硝酸-高氯酸混合酸分解,在5%的硝酸介质中,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定样品中的铁、锌、铜、锰等元素含量。检出限为:铁0.011μg/g、锌0.015μg/g、铜0.009μg/g、锰0.012μg/g,精密度(RSD,n=8)在1.63%~9.16%之间。经由国家一级标准物质分析验证,测定值与标准值吻合,结果准确可靠,该方法简单、快速,重现性好,克服了传统分析方法步骤冗长、过程难以控制等缺点。
The soil samples of Dabashan Comprehensive Experimental Base in Gansu Province were decomposed by hydrofluoric acid-hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-perchloric acid mixed acid, and the contents of iron, zinc, zinc and copper were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry in 5% Copper, manganese and other elements content. The detection limits were 0.011μg / g for iron, 0.015μg / g for zinc, 0.009μg / g for copper, 0.012μg / g for manganese and 1.63% -9.16% for RSD (n = 8). The method is simple, rapid and reproducible. The method overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional analytical methods such as lengthy process and difficult process control.
