目的研究Six1和Ezrin在肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用组织芯片技术、免疫组化En Vision法检测98例RCC和28例正常肾对照组织中Six1和Ezrin的表达情况,分析其与临床病理参数及预后的关系。结果 RCC组织中Six1和Ezrin的阳性表达率分别为71.43%(70/98)和76.53%(75/98),明显高于正常肾对照组织的14.29%(4/28)和17.86%(5/28),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Six1、Ezrin表达率与RCC的病理分级及临床分期有关(P<0.05)。RCC组织中Six1和Ezrin蛋白表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。Log-rank分析结果显示,Six1和Ezrin表达与RCC患者的总生存率有关(P<0.05)。结论 RCC组织中Six1、Ezrin蛋白表达均升高,其表达与肾细胞癌的病理分级和临床分期密切相关,Six1和Ezrin表达与RCC患者预后有关。
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of Six1 and Ezrin in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) tissues. Methods The expression of Six1 and Ezrin in 98 cases of RCC and 28 cases of normal renal tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry and En Vision method. The relationship between Six1 and Ezrin was analyzed with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis. Results The positive rates of Six1 and Ezrin in RCC tissues were 71.43% (70/98) and 76.53% (75/98), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal renal tissues (14.29% (4/28) and 17.86% (5 / 28), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Six1, Ezrin expression rate and pathological grade and clinical stage of RCC (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between Six1 and Ezrin protein expression in RCC tissues (P <0.05). Log-rank analysis showed that the expression of Six1 and Ezrin correlated with the overall survival rate of patients with RCC (P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of Six1 and Ezrin protein in RCC tissues are both elevated. The expression of Six1 and Ezrin is closely related to the pathological grade and clinical stage of RCC. The expressions of Six1 and Ezrin are correlated with the prognosis of patients with RCC.
