我院1972～1978年8月共见到良性高丙球蛋白血症性紫癜4例。这些病例长期被误诊为慢性活动性肝炎、早期肝硬化、过敏性紫癜及系统性红斑狼疮等。为了提高对本病的认识。现将我院诊治的4例报告如下。
Our hospital from 1972 to August 1978 a total of 4 cases of benign hypergammagli hyperplasia. These cases have long been misdiagnosed as chronic active hepatitis, early cirrhosis, Henoch-Schonlein purpura and systemic lupus erythematosus. In order to raise awareness of the disease. Now my hospital diagnosis and treatment of 4 cases are as follows.
