1988年春,新疆农垦科学院农业所春麦组从河北省科学院引进小麦根际联合固氮菌剂,进行小区试验和大面积示范试验,其结果,对春小麦在明显增产效果。一、我们用0.5公斤固氮菌拌种,在大面积条田示范试验。条田面积105亩,品种新春2号,土壤肥力均匀,其试验结果,施用固氮菌剂拌种的亩产436.02公斤,比不施固氮菌(对照)亩产301.35公斤,增产44.7％,构成增产的主要因素是增加有效穗数2.2万/亩,穗粒数3.1粒,千粒重2.3克。田间小区试验:拌菌不施肥的比对照增
