工作压力和民警心理焦虑现象已成为公安机关普遍关注的问题。已有的管理心理学研究表明,工作压力会导致心理焦虑现象的发生,并由此引发连锁的身心健康问题和各种社会问题,文章针对当前民警工作和心理的实际状况,提出了相应对策。 Work pressure and police psychological anxiety have become the public security organs generally concerned about the issue. The existing management psychology research shows that the work pressure will lead to the occurrence of psychological anxiety, and thus lead to the chain of physical and mental health problems and all kinds of social problems. In view of the current actual situation of police work and psychology, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
