铸件打箱后的旧型砂必须过筛,才能重新配用。干筛时尘土飞扬,喷水后砂子变牯容易堵塞网孔,用普通筛砂机筛不下来。为了改善劳动条件和提高生产率,我们试制成功一台“双震摆式筛砂机”。经一年半的使用,效果良好,解决了用机器筛湿砂的问题。工作原理该机器由一台1.1千瓦的电动机做动力,用三角皮带轮两级减速后,由偏心盘通过固定连杆带动筛子作双震摆运动,它的结构见示意图1。它综合
