目的探讨18~35岁中心型肥胖者与QT离散度及ST-T改变的心电学指标的关系。方法对年龄18~35岁的39例单纯性中心型肥胖者(肥胖组)与34例正常体质量者(对照组)进行12导联同步心电图记录及测量QT离散度(QTd)、校正后QT离散度(QTcd)、ST段及T波、血压、体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)。结果肥胖组的BMI、WHR、QTd、QTcd均增大,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且肥胖组出现ST-T改变的病例中QTd增大更明显。结论年轻中心型肥胖者的QTd增大,尤其是伴有ST-T改变者中QTd增大更显著,提示心肌细胞电生理活动明显异常,并提出心电学指标有可能作为早期预测肥胖者具有较高患心血管病风险的一项参考指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between QT dispersion and changes of ST-T in 18-35-year-old obese subjects. Methods Thirty-nine patients with simple obesity (obesity group) and 34 normal subjects (control group) aged 18-35 years old underwent 12-lead synchronous electrocardiogram recording and QT dispersion test (QTd), QT Dispersion (QTcd), ST-segment and T wave, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI) and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR). Results The BMI, WHR, QTd and QTcd in obese group increased significantly compared with control group (P <0.01), and the increase of QTd in obese group was more obvious. Conclusion The QTd of young central obesity increased, especially the QTd increased more significantly in patients with ST-T changes, which indicated that the electrophysiological activity of cardiomyocytes was obviously abnormal. It is suggested that the ECG may be used as an early predictor of obesity High risk of cardiovascular disease as a reference indicator.
