研究了用紫外分光光度法测定富马酸二甲酯(DMF)含量的方法,探讨了测定过程中条件的变化对测定结果的影响,获得了测定的适宜条件:波长210±2nm;温度19~25℃;无水乙醇为溶剂;测定体系的pH为725~825。DMF的含量与溶液的吸光度的关系为β=00933A+00416,经与色-质谱分析结果对比,表明本法具有较高的准确性
The method for the determination of dimethyl fumarate (DMF) by UV spectrophotometry was studied. The influence of the change of the conditions on the determination results was discussed. The suitable conditions for the determination were obtained: wavelength 210 ± 2nm, temperature 19 ~ 25 ℃; absolute ethanol as solvent; the pH of the system was determined as 725 ~ 825. The relationship between the content of DMF and the absorbance of the solution is β = 00933A + 00416, which shows that the method has high accuracy compared with the results of colorimetric-mass spectrometry
