该报告简述了鱼是鱼深水层流刺网具结构及特点。在鱼是鱼挂网的基础上，研制出６０．００ｍ×５．０６—２１．８ｍｍ鱼是鱼深水层流刺网具。在两只２９．４ｋＷ渔船上进行了两年生产试验，生产１７１流次，捕鱼是５２８余吨，纯益１４万元；与原型网对比，产量提高９０％左右；推广１０只渔船，捕鱼是９６３余吨，纯益２１万元，取得较好的捕捞与经济效果。并简述了黄海北部产卵鱼是鱼生物学特性；得出了网目尺寸与鱼体叉长、体重、体周关系的各自相关系数；并对进一步开发利用鱼是鱼资源提出了建议。
