通过对研究现状、核心概念的界定、理论依据与内容三个方面论证说明中国目前对积极心理疗法的具体应用方法研究不够,应用诗歌疗法培养高职院校学生的积极品格的研究更是缺乏。“应用诗歌心理疗法培养高职院校学生积极人格的研究”课题将结合文学、教育学、心理学等学科知识进行实验、调查、研究,力图实现理论与实践相结合,确保课题的科学性并实现既定的研究目标。故此“应用诗歌心理疗法培养高职院校学生积极人格的研究”这一课题是可行的。
