采用熔融插层法使石蜡吸附插层进有机膨润土中,制备蒙脱石基石蜡复合相变储能材料。按膨润土与石蜡的质量比2:1制备复合储能材料在高温下无液态石蜡渗出,石蜡含量为33.33%。用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪及Fourier变换红外光谱对复合相变储能材料进行分析。结果表明:制备的储能材料的相变温度为25.9℃,相变焓为34.08J/g;石蜡进入膨润土的蒙脱石矿物层面之间,两者间未发生化学反应。
The paraffin wax was adsorbed into organic bentonite by melt intercalation method to prepare montmorillonite-based paraffin phase change energy storage material. According to the mass ratio of bentonite to paraffin 2: 1, the composite energy storage material was exuded without liquid paraffin at a high temperature with a paraffin content of 33.33%. The phase transition energy storage materials were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the phase transition temperature of the prepared energy storage material is 25.9 ℃ and the enthalpy of phase transition is 34.08 J / g. The paraffin enters the montmorillonite layer of bentonite without any chemical reaction.
