目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定川芎配方颗粒中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:Agilent HC-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(30∶70),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长321 nm,柱温25℃,进样量10μL。结果:阿魏酸在2.712~29.832μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为101.02%(n=6),川芎配方颗粒中阿魏酸含量为1.45 mg/g。结论:该方法可用于医院川芎配方颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Chuanxiong formula by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% glacial acetic acid (30:70) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min on an Agilent HC-C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) 25 ℃, injection volume 10μL. Results: The calibration curve of ferulic acid in the range of 2.712 ~ 29.832μg / mL was linear (r = 0.999 8) with the average recovery of 101.02% (n = 6). The content of ferulic acid in Chuanxiong Granules was 1.45 mg / g. Conclusion: This method can be used for the quality control of the prescription of Ligusticum chuanxiong.
