陕西渭南市摩托车运动协会成立于2006年6月。在渭南市，摩协的话题很早就有人提起，但直到2004年后半年，才产生了最初的几个发起人。他们经常在一起交流，探讨摩托车知识，旅游知识，驾驶技术等，并再次提出了成立摩协的构想并开始逐步地实现。
