合金粉末是金属注射成形、金属3D打印、航空发动机等工业制造4.0的基础原材料,其制备方法主要包括:破碎法、水雾化、气雾化、水-气联合雾化、离心雾化、旋转盘雾化、旋转电极雾化和超声波雾化等方法。通过分析目前国内雾化制粉的技术装备水平和主流产品及品种,并与国外同行业先进技术对比,发现中国的雾化制粉产品在品种种类、产品的平均粒径、成品的收得率、产品的稳定性和一致性等方面均存在不少的差距,是中国从业人员努力追赶的目标及方向。
