目的研究过氧化脂质(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)在幼龄和老龄SD大鼠肝、肾组织中的变化,探讨此三种酶在机体衰老过程中的意义。方法21日龄和18月龄SD大鼠各10只,4℃取鼠肝、肾组织,用硫代巴比妥酸法测定LPO的含量;化学发光法测定SOD活力;DTNB直接法测定GSH-Px活力。结果幼龄SD大鼠肝、肾组织中LPO含量明显低于老龄鼠(P<0.01);SOD活力显著高于老龄鼠(P<0.01);GSH-Px的活力明显低于老龄鼠(P<0.01)。结论LPO、SOD、GSH-Px在幼龄和老龄鼠中有显著的变化,对机体衰老过程的研究具有指标意义。
Objective To investigate the changes of peroxisomes (LPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in liver and kidney of young and old SD rats. The Significance of Three Enzymes in Body Aging. Methods Twenty-two SD rats (21 days old and 18 months old) were randomly divided into four groups: the liver and kidney were taken at 4 ℃, the content of LPO was determined by thiobarbituric acid method, the activity of SOD was determined by chemiluminescence method, the activity of GSH- Px vitality. Results The content of LPO in liver and kidney of young SD rats was significantly lower than that of the old mice (P <0.01), and the activity of SOD was significantly higher than that of the old mice (P <0.01). The activity of GSH-Px was significantly lower than that of the old mice (P < 0.01). Conclusions LPO, SOD, GSH-Px have significant changes in young and old rats, which have significance for the study of aging process.
