针对侧卸式矿井机车存在的转矩脉动问题,提出一种补偿变频调速控制的电控系统。根据机车的非线性工作条件,采用自适应模糊控制的励磁方案;通过对比空间矢量脉宽调制与正弦脉宽调制2种算法的特点,设计出降低转矩脉动的死区补偿控制策略,基于Matlab/Simulink完成了转矩与电流波形的仿真,证明了该控制策略的可行性。通过静态波形实验得出结论,电控系统中的死区算法使得电流波形光滑,谐波减少,较好地抑制转矩脉动。
Aiming at the torque ripple existed in the side-dump mine locomotive, a kind of electronic control system which compensates the frequency conversion speed regulation is proposed. According to the nonlinear working conditions of the locomotive, the excitation scheme of adaptive fuzzy control is adopted. By comparing the characteristics of the two algorithms of space vector pulse width modulation and sinusoidal pulse width modulation, a dead-zone compensation control strategy for torque ripple reduction is designed. / Simulink completed the simulation of torque and current waveforms, proving the feasibility of this control strategy. Through the static waveform experiment, it is concluded that the dead zone algorithm in the electronic control system makes the current waveform smooth and the harmonics reduced, and the torque ripple is better suppressed.
