随着经济的发展,国民生产和自动化水平的提高,码头大型输油臂电控系统由原来的继电器逻辑控制实现,发展到现在的可编程控制系统PLC控制实现。本文将介绍基于PLC的输油臂控制系统的组成、液压驱动原理及构成、PLC程序和文本程序的开发设计。该控制系统设计近年来广泛运用在国内诸多码头输油臂控制系统中,是一种比较成熟的控制系统。
