2015年以来,受新一轮经济危机的影响,中国经济下行压力之下,多数企业迎来了真正的寒冬期,为渡过难关,部分大型国有企业采取限产、降薪甚至裁员等革命性措施,引发职工强烈不满,严重影响企业的正常生产。面对市场经济新常态的严峻考验,企业如何摆脱现实的生存困境,是困扰企业在岗干部员工的大问题。因此,文章对企业积极应对市场经济新常态考验做了几点理性思考。
Since 2015, due to the impact of a new round of economic crisis, most enterprises have witnessed a real winter in the wake of the downward pressure on the economy. As part of the stormy efforts, some large state-owned enterprises took revolutionary measures such as limiting production, cutting wages and even laying off workers , Aroused strong dissatisfaction with workers, seriously affecting the normal production of enterprises. In the face of the severe test of the new normal of the market economy, how to get rid of the real predicament in life is a major problem that plagues enterprises’ cadres in their posts. Therefore, the article made some rational thinking on how to actively respond to the new normal test of market economy.
