介绍了10Gb/s高速光收发器的结构组成,对激光收发器的稳定性进行了分析,设计了一种以激光器驱动器件为核心,基于单片机I2C协议辅助控制的驱动电路。该电路集成了自动功率控制、抗干扰设计、热设计等技术,能够实现LD驱动。驱动电路可提供全温度范围性能控制(-40~+85℃),使平均光功率在整个温度范围及工作寿命期间保持恒定。 The structure of a 10Gb / s high speed optical transceiver is introduced. The stability of the laser transceiver is analyzed. A driving circuit based on the I2C driver of the laser driver is designed. The circuit integrates automatic power control, anti-jamming design, thermal design and other technologies to achieve LD drive. The drive circuit provides full temperature range performance control (-40 to +85 ° C), keeping the average optical power constant over the entire temperature range and over the operating life.
