介绍了液压悬置的基本结构和性能,建立了 Audi100五缸机动力总成的动力学模型,给出了求解该系统振动响应的方法。并且对液压悬置和橡胶悬置的隔振性能进行了比较,通过对 Audi100实车台架多点激振测试,两者结果基本吻合,证明所建模型和分析方法是正确的。
The basic structure and performance of the hydraulic mount are introduced. The dynamic model of the five-cylinder engine assembly of Audi100 is established, and the method to solve the vibration response of the system is given. The vibration isolation performance of the hydraulic suspension and rubber suspension is compared. The multi-point vibration test of the Audi100 real truck is basically consistent, which proves that the model and the analysis method are correct.
