经绝期头痛的原因为心因性还是代谢紊乱,作者进行了观察。用性激素药丸皮下植入法治疗经绝期轰热、潮红、出汗等症状时发现:许多同时患有头痛的病员,头痛也大大减轻或消失,效果持续4～6个月或更长,置入皮下的药丸5个月后差不多吸收完毕,其时,约有半数病员头痛又复发,提示激素水平与头痛有关。经绝期头痛用睾丸酮(每粒75毫克)及雌二醇(每粒25毫克)皮下置入法,间隔6个月置入1次,效果较好:①2～3粒睾丸酮;②2粒睾丸酮,1粒雌二醇;③1粒睾丸酮,2粒雌二醇;④2～4粒雌
