采用火焰原子吸收光谱测定恰麻古儿药材中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Li、Sr 7种微量元素的含量。采用硝酸-高氯酸常压消解样品,并进行了方法的准确性和精密度考察。对于所测元素,校准曲线的相关系数均≥0.9959,回收率为96.2%—104.0%,RSD≤3.4%。恰麻古儿药材中上述7种元素的含量由高到低依次是Mg>Fe>Sr>Mn>Zn>Cu>Li。恰麻古儿药材中含有较高的Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Li、Sr元素。所得数据可为恰麻古儿药材的进一步研究和综合开发利用提供新的科学依据。
Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the contents of seven trace elements Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Mg, Li and Sr in Chamaoguner medicinal materials. The sample was digested with nitric acid and perchloric acid under normal pressure, and the accuracy and precision of the method were investigated. For the measured elements, the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve is ≥0.9959, the recovery rate is 96.2% -104.0%, RSD≤3.4%. The contents of the above seven elements in Qiamao ancient medicinal materials are Mg> Fe> Sr> Mn> Zn> Cu> Li in descending order. Qiama 古药 herbs contain higher Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Mg, Li, Sr elements. The data obtained may provide a new scientific basis for the further research and comprehensive development and utilization of Qiahaogu medicine.
