近年随着体育中考不断改革,许多中学为了取得体育中考高分,从初一年级的体育课程就直奔体育中考主题,对初一学生进行如:200米、800米、仰卧起坐等专项性的训练,导致许多初中生对枯燥的训练型体育课不感兴趣,并产生抗拒心理。本文通过对广州市某校初一40名学生进行了一个学期的跳绳项目体育活动实验,发现这40名的学生体育学习的兴趣有显著提高,建议各中学把跳绳项目运用到初中的体育教学当中,更好地激发学生体育学习的兴趣,并且为培养学生终身体育锻炼意识打下基础。

In this paper, we carried out a semester skipping project for 40 students in a certain school in Guangzhou City, and found that the 40 students’ interest in physical education increased significantly. It is suggested that the middle school should apply the skipping project to the junior high school physical education , To better stimulate student interest in physical education, and lay the foundation for cultivating students’ awareness of lifelong physical exercise.
