现阶段GCB/GIS可靠性设计相对薄弱,断路器传动轴是GCB/GIS连接操动机构驱动机械与灭弧室的关键零部件,笔者建立传动轴强度-应力(SSI)设计模型,以强度、应力基本数据处理方法探讨传动轴可靠性设计,为GCB/GIS结构进行可靠性设计尝试新思路。
At this stage, the reliability design of GCB / GIS is relatively weak. The circuit breaker shaft is the key component of GCB / GIS connecting the driving mechanism and interrupter. The author establishes the design model of shaft strength - stress (SSI) Stress basic data processing method to discuss the reliability design of the transmission shaft and to try new ideas for the reliability design of the GCB / GIS structure.
