我厂以冶金轧辊和冶金成台设备及备件为主要产品,是我国生产规模最大、产品品种规格最全的轧辊专业生产厂家。改革、开放以来,我们认真转变观念,积极推进企业经营转轨变型,在外部环境十分困难的情况下,主要依靠自身内功和对外部环境的积极应变,保持经济效益平均每年以30％以上的速度递增,逐步探索出一条顺应国情、适合厂情的企业发展途径,并于1988年进入国家二级企业行列。我们的做法是:
