本文对某机型主起落架舱门收放机构和原理进行分析,研究了舱门放下时可能出现的现象及影响因素。针对影响因素为主的液压管路设计,给出了不同的优化方案进行对比分析,最后得出主起落架舱门管路设计的建议优化措施,为民用飞机的主起落架舱门收放系统的设计提供参考。
In this paper, the main landing gear door retract mechanism and principle of an aircraft are analyzed, and the phenomena that may appear when the hatch is lowered and the influencing factors are studied. According to the design of influencing factors of hydraulic piping, the different optimization schemes are given comparative analysis. Finally, the recommended optimization measures of the main landing gear door pipeline design are obtained, which are the main landing gear retractable door system of commercial aircraft Design for reference.
