非公有制经济是我国社会主义市场经济的有机组成部分。因此,鼓励非公有制经济发展既是对我国社会主义市场经济体系的完善,又是对我国社会经济资源的有效利用,也是在汲取我国历史上发展非公有制经济正反两方面经验教训的总结。但目前发展我国非公有制经济发展仍面临着一系列亟待解决的问题,迫切需要从存量、增量以及外部环境等方面入手,采取措施,鼓励我国非公有制经济发展。 Non-public ownership economy is an integral part of our socialist market economy. Therefore, encouraging the development of the non-public sector of the economy is not only the improvement of China’s socialist market economy but also the effective utilization of our social and economic resources as well as the lessons learned from the positive and negative aspects of developing the non-public sector of our economy in history. However, at present, the development of non-public ownership economy in our country still faces a series of problems to be solved urgently. It is urgent to start with the aspects of stock, increment and external environment and take measures to encourage the development of non-public ownership economy in our country.
