随着能源价格和劳动成本的提高,棒、线材的需求量趋于减少,60~70年代的轧机已显得陈旧,不能满足现代生产要求。因此必须对轧机及轧机部件进行技术开发,以达到降低投资费用和操作成本的目的。轧机制造者已试制出现代化紧凑轧机。但目前还处于实验阶段,计划建成年产为250000~350000吨的单流连续棒、线材紧凑轧机。这类轧机部件中采用了如下新技术:带有悬臂环的粗轧、半成品轧机和精轧装置;
With the increase of energy prices and labor costs, the demand for rods and rods tends to decrease. The rolling mills from the 1960s to the 1970s are outdated and can not meet the requirements of modern production.
