为解决以往使用偏心井口直接转动油管时 ,上部与下部油管不同步和转动角度不易控制等问题 ,介绍了一种通过蜗杆蜗轮机构转动油管的CYC— 10 0I型转动井口。为防止反转导致油管脱扣 ,这种井口还设有棘轮机构 ,使油管只能按上扣方向转动。中原油田采油三厂 9口油管偏磨井一年来的使用情况表明 ,使用CYC— 10 0I型转动井口 ,不但油管转动灵活自如 ,而且易于确定转动角度 ,轴承、蜗杆和蜗轮等重要零件也完好无损。由于油管磨损均匀 ,不曾发生因油管偏磨穿孔而须检泵 ,平均检泵周期由原先的 12 6天延长至 2 56天 ,减少作业 19井次。
In order to solve the problem that the upper and lower tubing are not synchronized and the rotation angle is not easy to be controlled when using the eccentric wellhead to directly rotate the tubing, a type of CYC-10 0 rotary wellhead which is rotated by a worm gear mechanism is introduced. In order to prevent tripping leading to tubing trip, this wellhead also features a ratchet mechanism that allows the tubing to be rotated only in the buckle direction. The use of partial well of 9 oil pipes in Zhongyuan Oilfield 3 Oil Production Plant over the past year shows that the use of CYC-10 0 type rotary wellhead not only allows the tubing to be flexibly and freely rotated, but also can easily determine the rotation angle, and the important parts such as bearings, worms and worm gears are also intact . As the tubing was evenly worn, there was no need to check the pump due to partial abrasion of the tubing. The average pump inspection period was extended from 12 6 days to 2,556 days, reducing work time to 19 wells.
