测量范围等于和大于300毫米千分尺的校对用量杆,国内产品的结构基本上如图1所示。它的优点是微调较为方便。缺点是随着使用时间的增长,紧定螺钉容易损坏。特别是调整时,螺钉的尖端不易对准杆体上的锪孔,有时甚至对上了轴向弹性槽,不仅起不到固紧测量头的作用,反而会使测量头松动。在总体结构中套圈是外径最大的部份,放置校对用量杆时首先碰到的就是这个套圈,由于经常放置磕碰,亦会引起测量头的松动。前几年我厂在周期检定中,发现这类校对用量
