某型液压钻机是一种岩石钻孔设备,在露天矿山开采中得到广泛应用。为适应恶劣的作业环境,该型液压钻机采用履带行走装置。履带架是履带行走装置的重要支撑部件,承受液压钻机质量和钻孔作业载荷,因此履带架应具备足够的承载能力。该型液压钻机如图1所示。有限元法是工程设计的重要工具,是工程技术领域中最常用、最有效的数值计算方法。载荷和边界条件的确定是有限元分析结果是否正确的关键。目前查找到的履带架有限元分析计
A type of hydraulic drilling rig is a rock drilling equipment, which is widely used in open pit mining. In order to adapt to the harsh working environment, this type of hydraulic drilling rig adopts crawler walking device. Track frame is an important supporting component of crawler walking device, which can bear the quality of hydraulic drilling rig and drilling work load, so the crawler frame should have enough bearing capacity.
