田径运动是指人类从走、跑、跳、投这些自然运动发展起来的身体练习运动和竞技项目,可以分为竞走、跑、跳跃、投掷和全能五个部分。田径运动在发展身体素质方面效果显著,因此各中学均将田径运动作为学生发展全面身体素质的重要手段。但在实际中学田径教学中,田径教学面临诸多问题,如中学生不喜欢田径课程甚至产生惧怕心理。本文客观分析了中学田径教学的特点及现状,旨在探索有效的改进中学生田径教学的方法。
Athletics refers to the physical exercise and athletics developed by the human from walking, running, jumping and throwing these natural sports. It can be divided into walking, running, jumping, throwing and almighty five parts. Track and field sports are very effective in developing physical fitness. Therefore, all secondary schools regard track and field as an important means for students to develop their overall physical fitness. However, in the actual middle school track and field teaching, track and field teaching faces many problems, such as middle school students do not like track and field courses or even produce fear. This paper objectively analyzes the characteristics and current situation of track and field teaching in middle schools, and aims to explore ways to improve middle school track and field teaching effectively.
