前苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基说过:“我坚定地相信,诱使儿童自觉地、刻苦地从事脑力劳动的一种最强有力的刺激物,就是赋予他的脑力劳动以人情味儿。”课堂教学中,教师要通过有效的评价语言让学生体会到人情味,让学生在情感的交流中获取奋发向上的原动力。一、以理解、尊重的评价语言呵护学生的学习热情在学生跨进学校的大门时,他们对学习生活充满了期望与憧憬,他们饱含着学习的积极性,希望得到教师的赞赏与夸奖,希望得到同学的肯定与接纳。因此,作为教师要用心去呵护学生,运用评价语言保护学生的学习热情、保护学生的创新意识、保护学生的情感体验。 Sukhomlinski, a former Soviet educator, said: “I firmly believe that one of the most powerful stimuli that tempts children to engage in mental work conscientiously and painstakingly is to give his mental work a human touch . ”Classroom teaching, teachers through effective evaluation language to enable students to appreciate the human touch, so that students in the exchange of emotions to get motivated upward.
