目的:研究八角茴香中挥发油的气相色谱指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法:采用GC分析方法,测定10批广西产八角茴香样品。色谱条件:HP-FFAP(0.53 mm×30 m,1.0μm)分析柱;空气流速250 mL.min-1;氢气流速40 mL.min-1;氮气流速4 mL.min-1;柱程序升温80℃保持8 min,以6℃.min升至180℃,保持35 min。结果:10批八角茴香得到的指纹图谱有5个共有峰,根据对照品保留时间比较,色谱中3号峰为反式茴香醚。结论:建立的GC色谱指纹图谱分析法简单、准确,可用于八角茴香挥发油的质量控制。
Objective: To study the gas chromatographic fingerprints of volatile oil in star anise, which can provide a reliable method for scientific evaluation and effective control of its quality. Methods: Ten batches of Guangxi star anise samples were determined by GC method. Chromatographic conditions: HP-FFAP (0.53 mm × 30 μm, 1.0 μm) analytical column; air flow 250 mL.min-1; hydrogen flow 40 mL.min-1; nitrogen flow 4 mL.min-1; ℃ for 8 min, then 6 ℃ .min rise to 180 ℃ for 35 min. Results: Ten batches of star anise fingerprints obtained five common peaks, according to the reference substance retention time comparison, the peak of the chromatogram No. 3 is trans-anisole. Conclusion: The established GC chromatographic fingerprinting method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of star anise volatile oil.
