教师专业学习社群是校内的学习型组织,是一群有共同信念与愿景的教师通过团队合作学习、专业省思对话等方式,分享实务与经验,以达到专业成长与提升学生学习成效的目的。它具有专业工作、共同目标、合作学习、知识分享、力行实践、结果导向和持续精进七大特征,其核心价值是学习与反思。台湾新竹教育大学附小语文社群通过共学、共享的支持性环境,激励教师追寻专业自主,精进教学能力,使教师的教学效能得以提升。
Teachers Professional Learning Community is a learning organization within the school. It is a group of teachers with common beliefs and vision sharing their practice and experience through teamwork learning and professional thought-provoking dialogue so as to achieve professional growth and enhance students’ learning effectiveness. It has seven major characteristics: professional work, common goal, cooperative learning, knowledge sharing, practice, result orientation and continuous improvement. Its core value is learning and reflection. Hsinchu University of Education in Taiwan with a small language community through a total of learning, sharing a supportive environment, encourage teachers to pursue professional autonomy, improve teaching ability, so that teachers can enhance teaching effectiveness.
