基于丢层结构复合材料层压板的处理技术——共享铺层融合技术和遗传算法,提出了一种新的复合材料层压板铺层顺序优化方法。首先,针对复合材料层压板力学特性,探讨了基于层压板刚度的优化设计原理;然后,介绍了适用于工程结构优化设计的共享铺层融合技术,并将其与遗传算法相结合,在保证层压板面内刚度和弯曲刚度的前提下,提出了含丢层复合材料层压板铺层顺序优化设计方法;最后,通过实例验证了该方法在含丢层复合材料优化设计中的有效性。
Based on the processing technology of the composite structure of the lost layer structure - shared ply fusion technology and genetic algorithm, a new composite ply laminate sequence optimization method is proposed. First of all, according to the mechanical properties of the composite laminates, the optimal design principle based on the stiffness of the laminates is discussed. Then, the shared layer fusion technology, which is suitable for the optimization design of engineering structures, is introduced and combined with the genetic algorithm. Under the precondition of in-plane stiffness and bending stiffness, a method of optimal design of lamination sequence for laminated composite materials with lost layers was proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of this method in optimization design of lost composite materials was verified by an example.
