近年来,具有行业特长(如化工、石油等)的勘察设计企业EPC工程总承包发展迅速,但民用建筑设计行业的工程总承包业务发展缓慢。通过SWOT分析方法对民用建筑设计行业拓展EPC业务模式的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行分析,并展望其发展前景。 In recent years, general contracting EPC companies with industry expertise (such as chemical industry, petroleum, etc.) have developed rapidly, but the construction general contracting business in the civil engineering design industry has been developing slowly. By means of SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of civil architecture design industry to expand EPC business model and looks forward to its development prospects.
