对河南某地低品位含锂粘土矿进行了试验研究。根据该矿石的工艺矿物学特性,采用原矿(-2 mm)焙烧-常温浸出流程,最优试验条件为:焙烧温度800℃,焙烧时间2 h,硫酸钙/原矿比0.7,氟化钙/原矿比0.2,硫酸钠/原矿比0.2,浸出时间1 h,浸出温度20℃,液固比3∶1,硫酸浓度50%,在此条件下锂浸出率为95.32%。在参考槽浸最佳条件的基础上进行了柱浸,可以获得锂浸出率为91.78%的结果。
A low-grade lithium-bearing clay mine in Henan was studied. According to the technological mineralogical characteristics of the ores, the process of raw ore (-2 mm) roasting and normal temperature leaching was adopted. The optimum experimental conditions were: calcination temperature 800 ℃, calcination time 2 h, calcium sulfate / ore ratio 0.7, calcium fluoride / Ratio of 0.2, sodium sulfate / ore ratio of 0.2, leaching time of 1 h, leaching temperature of 20 ℃, liquid-solid ratio of 3: 1 and sulfuric acid concentration of 50%. Under these conditions, the leaching rate of lithium was 95.32%. Based on the best condition of the reference bath, the column leaching was carried out, and the lithium leaching rate was 91.78%.
