From many scholars opinions, tacit knowledge is essential to dynamic core capacity. Then, does tacit knowledge utilization have impact on the formation of dynamic core capacity? Many scholars are still focused on qualitative analysis. This paper carries out an empirical study on the relationship between tacit knowledge utilization and the formation of dynamic core capacity based on the questionnaire survey of hundreds of middle and top managers. The result shows that tacit knowledge utilization has great influence on the formation of dynamic core capacity. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the enterprises tacit knowledge management.
