隐性政策的标准和效果往往比官方的语言政策更有力量,也更容易取得预期目标。本文以美国为例,探讨隐性语言政策的性质、特征和施行情况,同时挖掘其对我国语言政策制定的借鉴意义。 Implicit policies often have more standards and effects than official language policies and are easier to achieve. Taking the United States as an example, this article explores the nature, characteristics and implementation of implicit language policy and at the same time explores its implications for the formulation of our language policy.
